Either the printed online ticket or a printout of the “email order confirmation” must be presented for carriage. Alternatively, you can simply present your ticket to our cashiers on your smartphone or tablet. If you have any problems, please email our customer support at info (at) citysightseeing-muenchen.de. If you wish, the ticket will be emailed to you again as a PDF file.
“Online tickets” are valid for 1 year and “Gift certificates” are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed within the scope of our schedules during this period.
