Yes, tickets are also available at the bus, standard rates apply. Special prices are only available when tickets where bought online.

Can I hop on and hop off deliberately during the tour?2022-01-17T11:39:23+01:00

Yes, it´s possible to interrupt the sightseeing tour at every stop. The day-ticket is valid for a whole day. The City Tour ticket is valid for one circle tour.

Can tickets only be used on a specific date?2022-01-17T11:39:49+01:00

No, tickets purchased on the internet are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed as desired. You can therefore plan your city sightseeing tour individually and are not bound to a particular trip.

Can I extend the expiration date of my online ticket?2022-01-17T11:40:49+01:00

No, online tickets purchased for a special price are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed as desired. An extension of the validity period is excluded.

Can I pass on my ticket to another person?2022-01-17T11:41:14+01:00

Yes, the online tickets are not limited to be used by the buyer.

Can the online ticket be presented on a smartphone or tablet?2022-01-17T11:38:32+01:00

Either the printed online ticket or a printout of the “email order confirmation” must be presented for carriage. Alternatively, you can simply present your ticket to our cashiers on your smartphone or tablet. If you have any problems, please email our customer support at info (at) citysightseeing-muenchen.de. If you wish, the ticket will be emailed to you again as a PDF file.

“Online tickets” are valid for 1 year and “Gift certificates” are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed within the scope of our schedules during this period.

No, it´s not possible to reserve seats, but with buying an online ticket we guarantee free seat(s) for you. We advise you to be at the station on time.

No, there is no group discount. The cheapest way to buy a ticket is booking it online.

Yes, after redemption the 48-hours ticket can only be used on two days in a row.

Yes, your dog is always welcome.

Yes, all of our buses are barrier-free. Wheelchair ramps are available.
